Returns and Refunds:
Customer must contact EGR-PARTS within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping.
Exchanges due to shipping errors by EGR-PARTS will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.

CARAMORE EGR PARTS are happy to warranty our parts for 60 days after purchase. Parts must be in new, salable condition. Our warranty will only cover the cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable. If a part arrives damaged or is defective, we are happy to help you make an exchange or return. ********NOTICE to customers******** The products are for “RACE USE ONLY.” The customer is responsible for all penalties and fines for removing any emissions equipment. These products are strictly prohibited to any registered and pollution-controlled vehicle. The use is limited to closed and open course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use including on-road and recreational off-road use could be in violation of Federal, State or Local Laws. By purchasing our products, you are certifying that your use of this product will be limited to lawful off-road competition. And also, you consent to the disclosure of your identity to any governmental entity responsible for regulating emissions and enforcing emissions laws.
